Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel sits right in the heart of Shanghai, near the Jingan Temple, making it a top choice for dining, shopping, and exploring cultural hotspots. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering stunning city views. However, the service needs improvement as some staff members were not very accommodating. The dining options were varied but could have been more inclusive. Overall, a great stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel had a great view of the temple but lacked heating and air-conditioning in the room. It was quite small, not as advertised, but was immediately ready when I asked to speak with the manager.
